The Nanyang Frontier Fund kicks off its ambitious journey through matching $3.79 million investments from both parties.

Walden International Chairman Tan Lip-Bu, dubbed the “pioneer of Asian VC” by Forbes, brings four decades of tech investment expertise to the initiative.
His track record includes successful investments in numerous global tech startups across AI, semiconductors, and cloud infrastructure sectors.

The fund targets promising deep tech spin-offs from NTU, following Tan’s successful model of university innovation support at Stanford and UC Berkeley.
