Former Twitter executives sue Musk
Former Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, along with three other former executives, has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk, alleging unpaid severance payments totaling over $128 million.
The legal action comes as a result of Musk’s decision to terminate Agrawal, along with CFO Ned Segal and lawyers Sean Edgett and Vijaya Gadde, shortly after acquiring Twitter, now known as X.
The lawsuit claims that Musk harbored animosity towards these executives, who played pivotal roles in upholding Musk’s commitment of $44 billion during the acquisition process.
