Firefly Takes Flight

Adobe’s ambitious AI model, Firefly, is gearing up to revolutionize video creation.

The tech giant has announced that its video generation features will debut before 2024 wraps up, giving creators a taste of the future.

What’s in Store?

Three exciting features are on the horizon: Generative Extend, Text to Video, and Image to Video.

Generative Extend will let users magically add two seconds to any video clip. Meanwhile, Text to Video and Image to Video promise to conjure up 5-second videos from text prompts or images.

Where to Find the Magic

Creators can expect to find Generative Extend in the Premiere Pro beta app later this year.

For those eager to try Text to Video and Image to Video, these features will be available on Firefly’s dedicated website. Adobe hints that longer video generation may be possible in the future, so stay tuned!
