What are the difficulties with traditional VC investing?
VC’s have to look at lots and lots of companies to find the good ones. And this takes a lot of time… both to find these startups and to vet them.
Especially since there often isn’t much information about these startups online. And so you rely a lot on relationships and meetings.
But wouldn’t it be easier if one party vetted lots of them and then made them available as a platform for many institutional investors to sift through and invest in?
That is part of the value that Seedefy looks to provide.

This basically makes it ‘easy’ for all the participants to do deals quickly. Because basically we turn it into a platform, which handles all of the dirty, complex stuff that they’d normally need to do on their own.

On our platform VC’s get to go through lots of pre-vetted startups from all types of niches and geographies very quickly.
They can also participate in demo days and hear the startups pitch while also asking them questions.
So basically they get lots of quantity, which are also at a good level of quality.
How do we get so many potential investment opportunities without a lot of cost or effort to us? Simple.. we have an extensive network of community partners.
Now let’s address some common doubts
Many folks think that the ‘top founders’ won’t work with platforms like ours. This is completely not true.
Founders of top startups like to work with us because we are extremely easy for them to work with and bring a lot of diversity in investors without much of their effort.
If you think about what your traditional founder does.. he expends a significant amount of effort into fundraising. Even the good ones.
You have to set up tons of calls… than follow up calls… then finally a few deals.
We remove the need for a lot of this effort and make it a low effort, high reward experience for them.
