EVERY company I start uses these 2 lessons from my time at Goldman & McKinsey:
Talent – Nothing is prioritized higher by these firms than talent.

All phases. Recruiting the best, rigorously vetting them, and developing the hell out of them.
Client first – After talent, customer focus is everything.
Every email, interaction, or deliverable is scrutinized to ensure it is rigorous and error-free.

Credibility is everything.
Internalize these principles.
Let others dump on what they don’t understand.
