Singapore-based startup K-LINK announced it has closed a new round of funding led by Indelible Ventures and A2D Ventures.

The investment aims to support the rapid expansion of K-LINK’s unified contact center solutions across Southeast Asia.

Why is K-LINK gaining Attention?

K-LINK offers an innovative unified omnichannel platform for customer service communications. The technology has gained significant traction with over 100 enterprise clients, including Ninja Van, Toyota, and the World Health Organization.

Behind investor’s confidence

Both lead investors expressed enthusiasm about K-LINK’s growth prospects in the region. Managing Partner Kevin Brockland of Indelible Ventures said the product and vision make K-LINK well-positioned for tremendous expansion.

A2D Ventures Founder Ankit Upadhyay pointed to K-LINK’s success in serving SMEs and large companies in Thailand.

The new funding validates K-LINK’s vision of transforming enterprise communications globally. Founder Zin Ko Oo said it enables accelerating product innovation and expansion into markets like Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

K-LINK aims to set a new standard in customer engagement through omnichannel and unified communications solutions.
