Late Paychecks? No Problem!

Logistics tech giant Ninja Van has successfully addressed the salary delay issue at its Vietnamese subsidiary, ECRM Nobita.

Over 100 employees received their overdue wages and social insurance payments for August and half of July.

From Protest to Payout

The resolution came after a virtual meeting between Ninja Van and ECRM Nobita staff on September 10, following employee protests on September 12.

Ninja Van co-founder Tan Boxian confirmed that all overdue salaries have been processed and remitted to employees’ bank accounts.

Moving Forward

Ninja Van has suspended ECRM Nobita’s operations to prevent future issues. The company is reviewing the overall situation and implementing measures to ensure timely payments. This swift action demonstrates Ninja Van’s commitment to its workforce across its international operations.
