Mommy knows best
Yvon Bock, a mother of four, knew the challenges of breastfeeding all too well.
Determined to make it easier, she set out to create innovative products that would simplify the process.
In 2011, Hegen’s unique bottle design was leaked, and a competitor released a similar product first.
Undeterred, they conceptualized the square-round (sqround) bottle – ergonomic, practical, and perfect for one-handed parents.
Going global and protecting the goods
Hegen’s products initially struggled due to their unique design and higher price. But Yvon and her team persevered, educating customers about the benefits of their sqround bottles and offering tips and inspiring stories on their website.
Hegen’s international success stems from finding perfect partners who align with their mission. Intellectual property protection has been a key focus, ensuring the safety and integrity of their brand.
Today, Yvon continues to work towards empowering 100 million moms worldwide.
