Singapore-based Circles, known for its innovative online mobile services, has made significant leadership changes to drive its strategic growth.

Among the notable appointments are Justin Choi as CFO, Bart Weijermars as Chief Customer Success Officer, and Luke Lu as Chief People Officer.

Can new executives fuel expansion?

Justin Choi, with a distinguished career at Gojek and Coinbase, brings a wealth of experience in finance and strategy to Circles.

His expertise in corporate strategy and financial management will be instrumental in guiding Circles through its next phase of expansion, including potential strategic acquisitions.

Growth on the horizon

Bart Weijermars will take the helm of Circles’ mobile virtual network enabler business unit, leveraging his expertise to enhance further Circles-X, the company’s agile telco technology platform.

Meanwhile, Luke Lu’s role as Chief People Officer underscores Circles’ commitment to nurturing top talent to support its global expansion efforts.

Circles’ innovative approach to mobile services, focusing on online self-service and customer support, has enabled the company to establish a strong presence in 15 markets worldwide, including Japan and the Middle East.

With this new leadership team in place, Circles is poised to continue its trajectory of growth and innovation in the telecommunications industry.
