This merger creates Southeast Asia’s largest digital healthcare group, serving over 6.8 million insured lives through partnerships with 130 insurers and 7,500 corporate partners.

The deal comes alongside a fresh funding round ledy Raffles Family Office. New investors MDI Ventures and The SoftBank Vision Fund are also joining the fold. WhiteCoat plans to use these resources to scale its omnichannel services and integrate cutting-edge GenAI capabilities.

WhiteCoat aims to enter at least two more Asian markets soon. The company will continue seeking synergistic assets to fuel its growth.
