Investors reign supreme

Immutable, a blockchain firm backed by Singapore’s Temasek, has ignited a $100 million venture fund blitz alongside King River Capital and Polygon Labs.

Dubbed the Inevitable Games Fund (IGF), this financial juggernaut aims to conquer the rapidly expanding Web3 gaming frontier.

As blockchain gaming activity surges, with DappRadar spotting a boom in the latter half of 2023, IGF positions itself to seize opportunities in this burgeoning market.

A dream team in the making

Managed by King River Capital, IGF’s investments span game studios, Web3 infrastructure, and immersive gaming experiences.

Early portfolio companies include Pixelmon, Guild of Guardians, and My Pet Hooligan – titles combining gameplay with blockchain technology.

Backed by prominent investors like Alpha Wave Ventures, Merit Circle, and various family offices, IGF leverages Immutable and Polygon’s Web3 expertise to tap into the lucrative global video game market.
