Fintech powerhouse flexes its muscles
Singapore-based fintech group UnaFinancial has reported impressive financial results for the first six months of 2024. The company earned a net profit of $4.7 million, marking an 18% increase compared to the same period last year.
Revenue and commission income also saw a healthy 10% bump, reaching $102.1 million.

UnaFinancial’s growth strategy is paying off big time. Disbursement volumes skyrocketed to $358.6 million, a whopping 23% year-over-year increase.
The company expanded its offerings in the Philippines, upgrading its Buy Now, Pay Later service and introducing installment loans. This led to a 20% boost in loan issuance in the country.
Kazakhstan catches fire
Not to be outdone, UnaFinancial’s Kazakhstan operations saw loan issuance climb by 27%.

CEO Sergey Sedov emphasized the company’s focus on scaling profitable businesses and improving operational efficiency across all markets.
