Temus (Singapore) has bought Decision Science Agency (DSA). This is the second time Temus has bought another company, as they bought a company called Dreamcloud last year.
Temus shared some exciting news! They have opened a brand new office in Hong Kong. This is the very first office they have opened in a place other than Singapore.

DSA is a company with lots of workers in different countries. They recently bought another company and now the person who started DSA is in charge of the new company.
Srijay Ghosh, who helps run Temus, said that DSA and Ang are really good at making apps quickly and will help us make really good apps for the government and businesses.
Temus is a company that was created when two big companies, one from Singapore and one from the US, worked together. The US company became very successful and valuable after the Singapore company gave them a lot of money.
