Your personal business guru
Amazon has introduced Project Amelia, an AI assistant designed to help sellers grow their businesses.
Built on AWS’s Amazon Bedrock, this innovative tool is now available in beta to U.S. sellers, offering insights into sales data, customer traffic, and more.
From metrics to problem-solving
Initially, Project Amelia will provide sellers quick access to business metrics and comparisons to previous years’ performance.
In the future, it will evolve to resolve issues and even complete tasks on behalf of sellers, streamlining business management processes.
AI takes center stage
This launch is part of Amazon’s broader AI strategy, following the consumer-focused chatbot Rufus and other AI tools for product listings and advertising.
Mary Beth Westmoreland, VP of Amazon’s Worldwide Selling Partner Experience, emphasizes that Project Amelia aims to reduce sellers’ time and effort in managing their businesses, allowing them to focus on product development and customer satisfaction.
