Vingroup, Vietnam’s biggest private business group, plans to sell its stakes in VinBrain and VinAI to international tech companies.

NVIDIA stands among potential buyers, sources told The Business Times.

Health Tech Powerhouse

VinBrain leads healthcare innovation through AI-powered diagnostic solutions. The company sealed deals in 2023 alongside Nutex Health, Microsoft, Stanford University, and NVIDIA. Their DrAid™ Lung TB project targets tuberculosis screening for one million Vietnamese citizens in 2024.

Innovation at Speed

VinAI, ranking among top-20 global AI R&D firms, employs 200 elite scientists and engineers. The company recently unveiled DrunkSense—a groundbreaking system detecting impaired driving without breathalyzers, boasting 85% sensitivity through advanced monitoring technology.
