Chatbots get smarter

Amity Solutions, founded by Korawad Chearavanont of CP Group fame, recently raised $60 million for its AI-powered enterprise solutions.

Their flagship product, Amity Bots, aims to revolutionize customer engagement by understanding complex queries using minimal reference material.

Amity’s CTO, Touchapon Kraisingkorn, claims their approach is more cost-effective than traditional chatbots for large-scale operations.

Family ties open doors

Despite reporting a net loss in 2023, Amity boasts over 20 enterprise clients, many linked to CP Group.

Industry experts note that Chearavanont’s connections have helped overcome credibility hurdles typical for B2B SaaS startups in Thailand. The company plans to go public by 2025, banking on its growing suite of AI-enabled services.

Amity isn’t resting on its laurels. The firm recently became a major shareholder in UK-based Tollring, aiming to enhance voice analytics software with AI capabilities.

Chearavanont sees potential in combining Amity’s technology with existing services to create innovative solutions for enterprise clients.
