The company of Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group has revealed a pilot launch, which presents their first commerce-centered artificial intelligence (AI) suite of APIs aimed at simplifying business administration for enterprises on a global scale.
Aidge, which stands for “AI for Digital and Global Entrepreneurship,” is based on massive language models and computer vision models that are unique to Alibaba International.
By using its extensive knowledge of international e-commerce operations to train these models, Aidge is able to improve business performance and cut expenses for large corporations.
Aidge’s Features
Alibaba International intends to test over 15 APIs in the pilot testing phase with independent service providers (ISVs) and software as a service (SaaS) partners that express interest.
These include APIs for consumer insights, marketing, design, localization of content, and customer support which enable businesses to overcome cultural hurdles and market via translating and multilingual platforms.
It also solves the challenges that small and medium-sized enterprises have finding people for marketing, design, and customer support.
Aidge’s Benefits
Small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) involved in international trade nevertheless have a number of difficulties, including skill shortages, costly marketing and user acquisition expenses, and hurdles based on language and culture.
Drawing on its years of experience in global commerce, Alibaba International’s newly introduced AI suite “Aidge” is dedicated to simplifying global operations for SMEs.
It seeks to heighten conversions as well as improve efficiency within organizations of companies that participate in this program; these include marketing, sales support, and content translation services.
Aidge’s Future
In a few months, Alibaba International will integrate more AI capabilities by Aidge for the satisfaction of its users.
One of the biggest online markets in South Asia is called Daraz, which already uses Aidges AI suite and is expecting to add more of its features during the next few months in order to meet customers’ requirements.
The pilot testing stage will allow interested SaaS partners and ISVs to test and co-define Aidge’s suite of more than 15 APIs, which currently support 18 languages.
