Delivering Ingredients, Dishing Out Growth
Vietnam’s KAMEREO has secured a hefty $7.8M Series B funding round, backed by heavy-hitters like Sumitomo Corporation and SMBC Venture Capital.
The B2B food e-commerce platform is set to transform how businesses source kitchen ingredients across the country.
More Than Just a Meal Ticket
Boasting a robust delivery network and three temperature-controlled warehouses, KAMEREO has already captured over 3,000 customers spanning restaurants, supermarkets, schools, and hospitals.
Their strategic partnership the Gyomu Super grocery business has expanded their product offerings to include approximately 450 new items.
Cooking Up Expansion Plans
The fresh capital will fuel KAMEREO’s ambitious growth strategy, targeting multiple Vietnamese cities beginning in Hanoi. The company plans to develop marketplace operations, explore direct imports, establish new logistics centers, and launch its proprietary private label product line.
