The lab, inaugurated by Singapore’s Minister for Digital Development and Information Josephine Teo and Prudential CEO Anil Wadhwani, aims to revolutionize insurance through cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions.

Since its soft launch in August 2024, the Lab has already collected over 100 AI use cases from employees across 24 markets in Asia and Africa.
Partnering extensively local educational institutions and technology providers like Google Cloud, Prudential’s initiative focuses on enhancing customer experiences, operational efficiency, and developing predictive analytics capabilities.
