Serving up success

Momos, an AI-powered customer engagement platform for multi-location restaurants, has just secured a tasty $10 million Series A funding round.

The Singapore and US-based company saw impressive 4x growth last year, now catering to over 5,000 businesses globally, including big names like Shake Shack and Baskin Robbins.

A recipe for global expansion

Already active in 10 countries across North America, APAC, and the Middle East, Momos is set to expand its reach even further. The fresh capital, led by 645 Ventures, will fuel growth into new markets such South Korea and Saudi Arabia.

The startup might even spice things up by venturing into other brick-and-mortar sectors beyond restaurants.

AI on the menu

Founded in 2021, Momos offers a comprehensive platform combining customer service, experience, and marketing solutions. It serves a crucial need for restaurants struggling to manage customer interactions across multiple locations and channels.

The company plans to beef up its engineering and sales teams, ensuring it remains at the forefront of AI-powered customer engagement in the food service industry.
