Founded in 2021, Every Half has quickly percolated from a coffee roaster into a cafe chain boasting eight outlets. The startup offers a variety of products, including coffee beans, drip coffee, and filter coffee.
Their focus on sustainable developmeninvolves collaborating with farmers to cultivate climate-resilient coffee varieties such as Starmaya, Marsellesa, and Centroamericano.
