• Inflow CEO sees Vietnam’s vast garment capacity as opportunity for fashion revolution.

• Startup aims to streamline small-batch apparel orders for brands.

• Already serving 80 regional brands with 15X 2022 growth, fresh capital unlocks further expansion.

Summary

Ho Chi Minh City-based Inflow has secured $2 million in a seed funding round led by AppWorks and 500 Global to boost its tech-driven fashion sourcing and manufacturing platform.

The startup aims to help brands of all sizes simplify apparel sourcing in Vietnam while accelerating the speed to market.

Inflow’s dashboard and real-time tracking provide visibility into the entire supply chain – from design and inventory planning to factory matching and order tracking.

The funds will enhance Inflow’s product suite to compress production cycles further. The platform enables brands to tap into Vietnam’s huge garment production capacity with 45-day order turnarounds and flexible MOQs as low as 50 units.

This allows fashion labels to swiftly test designs in the market and scale up based on consumer demand. Inflow claims its agile small-batch production model can slash design-to-retail timelines from months to weeks.

CEO’s Innovative Plan

Founder and CEO Khanh Le said Inflow is “creating a fashion revolution leveraging Vietnam’s central position in the global supply chain.”

The country exported $27.7 billion in garments year-to-date thanks to its vast manufacturing infrastructure and free trade pacts.

Inflow simplifies access to Vietnam’s over 6,000 apparel factories while solving pain points like opaque supplier networks and wasteful large minimum order quantities.

The startup grew revenue 15X in 2022 and now serves 80 regional fashion brands.
