Hong Kong-based virtual asset firm HashKey Exchange has entered a strategic partnership with blockchain gaming developer Animoca Brands to pursue opportunities in the expanding Web3 sector.
As part of the collaboration, Animoca will open an account on the HashKey Exchange.
The companies will explore leveraging Web3 technologies like smart contracts and zero-knowledge proofs for digital entertainment and gaming.

HashKey Exchange is operated by HashKey Group, which recently secured $100 million in funding for its Web3 financial services at a $1.2 billion valuation.
