  • Agreement to Terms of Use
    1. This page sets out the Terms of Use of Techzi (“we” “our” “us”, etc) website at techzi.co and all other associated websites linked to techzi.co together with any service provided by Techzi. Please take due diligence to read this before using our site and services. Please also see your privacy policy which is part of a separate agreement. 
    2. By accessing and using any of the above mentioned sites or services, you unconditionally agree and accept to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. 
  • Changes to Terms of Use

We may modify the terms of use from time to time without prior notice to you. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with these Terms of Use by checking it periodically. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please refrain from using our site and services provided. The modified Terms of Use are effective immediately upon posting on the website. 

  • Personal information 
    1. When you subscribe for the newsletter with Techzi, or provide any personal information, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself.
    2. You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your personal information given. Please inform us immediately in case of unauthorized use of your information. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the requirements above. 
  • Content 
    1. “Content” in these Terms of Use refers, but not limited to: News articles, reports, opinion pieces, any multimedia content, interviews, interactive contents, social media content, newsletter, data, community engagement and finally user-generated content. 
    2. All content mentioned above on Techzi.co may not be reproduced, distributed, modified without explicit permission from us. You agree to not create any derivative work based on or containing the content from Techzi.co or its services. 
  • Intellectual property rights
    1. All content and services found on Techzi websites are protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. As such, you shall not display or unfairly use any of Techzi content, logo or marks without express consent or agreement. 
    2. You are prohibited to commercially use any of our content, including but not limited to, selling, license or rent. Any reproduction, modification and distribution of contents are also prohibited.
  1. Third-Party Links and Advertisements
    1. Any website or device that has links directing to any and all Techzi sites are legally binded by the Terms of Use. They are also not permitted to misrepresent the affiliation and relationship between Techzi and them without consent from us. 
    2. Our sites may contain links to other third-party websites and ads which are not under our jurisdiction. Contents from the third party websites and ads are not reviewed, endorsed or monitored by us and are therefore not necessarily reflective of Techzi. As such, you acknowledge and agree that Techzi shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by the use or reliance of the content, goods and services made available via the third party websites and ads. 
  • Disclaimer
    1. Techzi abstains from all warranties and guarantees regarding the availability of the content and services on the sites, their error-free or uninterrupted nature, their lack of viruses or malware, the correction of any defects, or the achievement of specific, need-based results through the use of the sites and services.
    2. Techzi retains the right, at any time and for any reason, to delete, edit, amend, or otherwise alter any Content, as well as to remove or block any Content from the Services.
  • Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techzi shall not be liable for any of the following: (i) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that you or any third party may incur, whether in a contract action or other tort; (ii) any direct damages that exceed $100.00. This includes, but is not limited to, costs associated with obtaining substitute products or services, loss of profits or revenue, or loss of data or use.

  • Indemnification

You agree that Techzi, its affiliates, and their representatives will be held harmless, indemnified, and defendable against any and all loss, damage, liability, suits, actions, proceedings, demands, damages, judgements, liabilities, claims, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees, expert fees, court costs, and expenses related to the investigation, defense, and settlement awards) arising from, connected to, or related to your use of the Sites’ content and/or services.

  • Governing law

You hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts with regard to these Terms and Conditions and any disputes, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them. These terms and conditions shall be regulated by and construed in compliance with Thailand legislation and Techzi.
