Book a discovery call with us and tell us what role(s) you’re looking to fill. A bit about your company and its culture. We also agree on how many vetted candidates you want to interview before choosing.
📞 Candidate Shortlist
We search within our base of vetted candidates and screen until we find a list of candidates and set up interviews.
🤙 Short Interviews
You’ll interview them all and decide which one(s) you like. If you want to interview more folks before deciding, then we set you up with more interviews.
✅ Candidate Onboarding
After onboarding successful candidate you pay us a one-time fee that is about 30% of the first year’s salary of the candidate. This is typically around $2,500. Note we offer a 90-day guarantee.
