Taskbeasts makes working with freelancers as seemless as working with employees.

They do this by proving a Chief Outsourcing Officer who assignes work to vetted freelancers and then takes responsibility for the quality of the work.

Imagine a model where a founder or founders don’t need almost any employees to scale.

That is the vision we want to enable for startups and high growth companies by partnering with Taskbeasts.

We use systems with vetted freelancers that will make it feel almost the same as working with employees.

Why?
👉 Don’t lose time looking for the person (we typically onboard within 24 hrs)
👉 Don’t pay for full-time people that you don’t need
👉 Don’t waste lots of time with poor quality people on Upwork and Fiverr

How does it work?
1. We set up our ‘Beast system’ on Clickup that easily enables you to create ANY task (eg. sales, marketing, development, design, etc.)

2. We give you a ‘Chief Outsourcing Officer’ who is your single point of contact that takes responsibility for the quality of the work.

3. This person assigns someone from our vetted list of freelancers who starts working on it. Also the task is estimated in points (1 point = $5)

4. You get regular updates on progress via Clickup and know exactly when it will be done by looking at the due date.

5. You review that it’s ok. If not, you ask for edits as a comment on the card.

6. When you confirm it’s done we deduct the points from your balance.
